These terms govern your use of Superwispr, a voice dictation app that transcribes your voice and turns the result into clean text. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
01
The service
Through its mobile app and API, Superwispr provides:
- Voice transcription — converting your dictated audio into text.
- Automatic correction — cleaning up punctuation, grammar, and hesitations.
- Writing tools — rephrasing, shortening, tone changes, translation, reply suggestions, and custom instructions.
- Personal dictionary — words and replacements you define to personalize corrections.
These features rely on third-party AI models — see Section 6.
02
Your account
Sign-in is done via Google or Apple. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the session token tied to your account and for any activity that results from it. An account is personal and must not be shared.
You can delete your account at any time from the app; this permanently erases your profile, your personal dictionary, and your usage statistics.
03
Free trial
Non-Premium accounts get a trial quota renewed every week (starting Monday, UTC):
These default values may vary for certain accounts. Once the quota is reached, the relevant feature becomes temporarily unavailable until the weekly renewal or until you subscribe to Premium.
05
AI-generated content
Transcription and the writing tools are produced by third-party AI models (Whisper and Groq for transcription, OpenAI's GPT for correction and transforms). These results can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations of your intent.
Review the produced text before sending it or relying on it, especially for important or sensitive content. Superwispr does not guarantee the accuracy of generated text.
06
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Superwispr to:
- Dictate, generate, or transform content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes a third party's rights.
- Circumvent or artificially automate the trial quota or authentication.
- Abuse the service in a way that degrades its availability for other users.
- Use the service in a manner that would violate OpenAI's or Groq's terms of use.
07
Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you dictate or have transformed. By using the service, you grant us, and the processors listed in the privacy policy, a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — transcription, correction, transformation.
08
Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
09
Termination
You may stop using Superwispr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account's access in case of a violation of Section 6 (acceptable use) or fraudulent use of the trial quota or subscription.
10
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy for transcriptions or generated text. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Superwispr shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
11
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Togo.
12
Changes
We may modify these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be flagged to you in the app.
